ATP will promptly remove any posted submission that infringes the copyright or other intellectual property right of any person under the provisions of international copyright law or any of its provisions as applicable upon receipt of such a statement.  Under appropriate circumstances, ATP will at its discretion and without notice disable and/or prohibit persons who repeatedly submit infringing or unlawful material from posting further submissions on this Website.
