Jobs have evolved tremendously over the last ten to twenty years.  One unique development in many job roles is that both employers and employees seem to be looking for  higher return-shorter-tenure engagements.  What does this augur for the "attraction and retention of talent" that so many organisations still hold onto as a virtue in the HR function?
