Competition today is taking a whole new dimension.
Competitors are more boldly copying each other and today, increased access to flexible and affordable funding has significantly lessened the advantage that big budgets give to firms that have them.
Businesses today are pressed to establish sustainable differentiators and the quality of management and leadership within a business makes a huge difference in this situation.
People and leadership are the emerging competitive elements in business today.

As part of our comprehensive suite of people performance advisory solutions, we conduct a range of management training programmes targeted at individuals that clients have identified for development in various performance areas.
For clients aiming to put more than eight persons through the same training programme, we tailor management training programmes variously adjusted to respond to specific client requirements.
For clients looking to train less than eight persons in a particular area, or for individuals seeking personal development in specific competencies, our open courses calendar of training programmes offers an ideal solution.
Please note that course schedules on this calendar are updated quarterly.

Back to Learning and development
Our management training programmes are structured around SIX areas of corporate performance:
- Leadership and management skills
- Finance
- Business Development
- Project Management
- Various other areas of specialised/technical training
To suitably pitch each course under the areas above, our management training programmes are further categorized into THREE bands: Enamel, Gold and Platinum, which is the basis on which contents, scope, depth, and enrolment are determined.
Enamel programmes are ideal in addressing training requirements at supervisory and first-line management levels.
They are most suited for persons that have not had much prior training or experience in a particular area, or who are required to apply their learning at operational levels.
Enamel programmes provide broad introductory perspectives aimed at giving participants general appreciation and awareness of the area of learning.
Gold programmes are tailored to address the needs of middle-level management; typically, persons responsible for results in clearly defined areas of work.
Gold programmes are pitched higher than Enamel programmes, are more intense and run at a slightly faster pace. The scope of contents is also less than that of Enamel programmes, but runs deeper.
The complexity of concepts in Gold band programmes is also greater, as is the extent to which participants are required to apply their learning and experience, after the training.
Participants to Gold band programmes will normally have had prior training and experience in the area of training, or in other relevant areas.
Platinum programmes address learning and development needs of upper-middle to senior management . They are strategic in design, unlike those in the Gold band that are more expository.
Platinum programmes are either narrow in scope and designed to address highly specific senior management learning and development requirements, or broad in nature, aimed at establishing broad understanding of fundamental concepts.
Our structured approach to learning and development affords our clients many benefits, including the following, which obtain demonstrable results:
- A sharper focus of training content, course structure and delivery objectives;
- Greater and more conscious discrimination of the scope and depth of training conducted;
- Better value from peer interaction in the course of training;
- Harmonious grouping of participants with respect to education and experience - which participants value greatly;
- Structured approach to developmental learning from simple to complex;
- Cost effectiveness in design, development and delivery of learning and development programmes.
